Issue: Changes Are Not Retained When Editing a Secure Payment

Issue:

When attempting to edit a Secure Payment made in Clio Payments, it does not transfer the funds over into the selected Client and Matter

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

If the funds are in the main Trust Account, do a manual transfer from the main Trust Account into the Client/Matter account by applying a negative transaction, on the main Trust Account, and applying a positive transaction in the Client/Matter level account.
