There are a few possible causes for this.
- An old Clio account was setup with Vonage previously.
- A User previously setup Vonage with Clio and has updated their email address in Clio from Email A to Email B, but the Vonage integration was setup with Email A.
- A User tried to connect the integration using the same Vonage User, only with a different email address.
Vonage does not currently allow a Clio User to change from one Clio Account to another, or to change from one Clio User to another.
The best course of action would be to advise the User to contact Vonage and have them setup a new account on their end.
