Issue: No Unarchived Filter in Secure Messages

Issue:

  • When the customer is in their secure messages under "my threads" and clicks filter, it does not show the option to filter for "unarchived".

  • Clio Manage

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

 

Workaround:

  1. Go to Communications
  2. Select My Threads
  3. Select Filters dropdown
  4. Select Archived
  5. Select Apply Filters
  6. Unarchived option should appear
