Error Message "We can't find a user with that email address" when logging into Klyant

  • Klyant accounting software
  • Attempting to sync Clio to Klyant and receiving the message, "We can't find a user with that email address"
  • Accounting integration
  • Unable to log into Klyant

This can happen if your computer has reset through a software update, which requires you to link software up again. If you do encounter the below message, please contact Klyant directly:
