Why do I see an Error Message Every Time I Scan a Document into Clio from ScanSnap?

  • Recurring Error Message when Uploading Document via ScanSnap

Answer:

While the upload should still work, the error pop-up still emerges. In order to have the error not be a factor, simply proceed to uninstall and reinstall the ScanSnap Application.
