Error Message When Submitting Intake Form: "Your File Couldn't Be Accessed"

Question:

  • Why is my Contact receiving an error message when submitting an Intake Form?
  • Error message when client submits Intake Form in Clio Grow

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Answer:

This happens when a Contact begins to fill out their form, and leaves, then proceeds to fill the Intake Form out. To avoid this, please have the Contact refresh the page and fill out the form.
