Why Are My Tasks Missing Results?

Objective:

  • I cannot see newly added Tasks
  • Tasks that I entered yesterday are now missing from my Tasks page

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Answer:

Please ensure that no date range has been entered and that you have expanded your results per page as it is set to 50 per page by default. To view more than 50 results you can click on the next ">" arrow to view the 50 results or expand the results per page to 100,150,200. Also, double-checking the filter tab on the right as it may be selected for a particular user or you may have other active filters that may be causing your Tasks to be filtered out and not displayed.
