Between May 20 and 30, 2021, customers who initiated a refund from Clio Payments or LawPay encountered an issue where the amount that had been refunded on a payment was incorrectly tracked.
The root issue has been resolved, and refunds issued from LawPay during that period should now appear accurately in Clio Manage.

For customers who experienced failed refunds on partially refunded payments:
We recommend reviewing your records to ensure they are to your satisfaction and reissue any failed additional refunds on partially refunded payments that were impacted.
All incorrect data has been fixed and the root issue has been resolved to prevent recurrence. If you would like to ensure your records are up to date, please review your refund transaction data initiated in Clio Payments or LawPay for the impacted time.
- Any failed partial refunds from this issue will no longer be blocked, and you may reissue them through the same process.
