Clio account administrators can change subscription and payment information at any time by going to the Settings panel and clicking on "Account and Payment Info" in the System column.
On the "Account and Payment Info" screen, click on the "Payment Info" sub-tab to change your billing information.
On this screen, you can:
- View your next payment charge date and amount
- Upgrade your subscription plan
- Change your renewal options from monthly to annual
- Remove unused licenses at renewal
- Update your credit card information
- View receipts for payments on your Clio account
In order to avoid account suspension, please ensure that your card information is up-to-date and valid. For more information regarding Disabling, Re-Enabling, and removing licenses for users, please see this Support Article.
Please note: If your account has been suspended due to insufficient funds, please call Support as we can manually re-charge the card.
