Updating your Clio Subscription, Payment and Billing Information, and Renewal Options

 

Clio account administrators can change subscription and payment information at any time by going to:

  1. Settings 
  2. "Account and Payment Info" in the System column.

On the "Account and Payment Info" screen, click on the "Payment Info" sub-tab to change your billing information.

On this screen, you can:

  • View your next payment charge date and amount
  • Upgrade your subscription plan
  • Change your renewal options from monthly to annual
  • Remove unused licenses at renewal
  • Update your credit card information
  • View receipts for payments on your Clio account

In order to avoid account suspension, please ensure that your card information is up-to-date and valid. For more information regarding Disabling, Re-Enabling, and removing licenses for users, please see this Support Article.

Please note: If your account has been suspended due to insufficient funds, please call Support as we can manually re-charge the card.
