To connect your existing Dropbox account to Clio Manage, the Primary Subscriber or the Account Administrator must go to the Clio "Settings" panel and click on "Documents" in the System column.
On the Documents settings screen, click the "Document Sources" sub-tab.
Scroll down to the "Configure Dropbox" link under Available Document Sources.
On the "Link Dropbox Account" screen, click the "Link Dropbox Account" button.
You may be prompted to sign into Dropbox and authorize the integration.
Now you can choose how you want your client matter folders to be created in Dropbox. You can choose if you want to create folders in Dropbox for your open matters, open and pending or all. Finally click the "Save Changes" button.
The initial sync between Clio and Dropbox can take up to 24 hours, but you will typically see information transfer within a few hours.
A "Clio" folder will be created in your Dropbox. Client and Matter subfolders will be contained within the Clio folder.
Warning: Do not move or rename the Clio folder or any of its subfolders.
