Before reading this article, please ensure you have first completed your Step 1: Set Up, and that you would like to continue with the Folder View. Do not complete this if you are setting up a Workspace view.
To set up the folder view in the NetDocuments settings you will choose "View by Folders" and which matters you want to Synchronize:
When you are finished, click "Save Changes".
It will take some time for the synchronization to run the first time, so please check back to your Documents tab under the NetDocuments sub-tab and once the synchronization is complete you will see a list of all your Clients. If you do not see the synchronization live within 24 hours, please contact Clio Support. Additionally, the synchronization on NetDocuments side may take longer than Clio's.
