Clio Connect is essentially designed to offer you the ability to provide your clients with a secure portal through which they can access specific documents or invoices that you've chosen to share with them in addition to a secure messaging feature.
Clio Connect enables members of a firm to easily share resources and collaborate with clients or contacts through a secure web-based portal (extranet). This grants clients and contacts the latitude to review and contribute to relevant matter developments, and helps to mitigate associated inefficiencies related to time consuming communications.
To review work that has been done by Clio Connect users, select "Firm Feed" from your Dashboard page, and click "Filter" on the right hand side. Under "Type" select "Client Connect Permission." Here you will see items shared from your firm to the Clio Connect users, and from the Clio Connect users to your firm.
To review when Clio Connect users access the account, switch the Filter Type to "User".
