Adding Calendar Reminders

Whenever you add a Calendar event in Clio, you can set event date reminders for yourself and others.

When you create or edit a calendar event, add reminders in the Reminders section of the page:

By clicking Add new reminder, you can send reminders to any of your firm users, or any of your contacts. 

Pop-up reminders can only be selected for yourself when creating or editing a calendar event. Pop-up reminders cannot be selected or set up for another user.

Note: If the recipient of a popup reminder is not logged into Clio at the time that the reminder is to be sent, the Reminder will display at their next log in.
