Connecting Bundledocs to Clio

Once you have signed up for a Bundledocs account, login and click on your email address at the top right, then click on "My Account" from the dropdown.

On the account settings page, click on the  button beside the "Change User Type" heading. Click on the "Account Type" field and select the option "CLIO_USER", then click the "Update" button.

This will reveal the "Clio Authorization" section. Click on the  button to open the section. Select your region from the "Clio Endpoint" field - North America or Europe - then click the "Authorize" button.

This will open the Clio authorization window in a pop-up. If your browser is currently blocking pop-ups, you will have to enable them for bundledocs.com in order to authorize the connection. 

You will be prompted to log in to Clio if you are not already logged in. In the "Connect with Clio" window, click the green "Yes, let’s connect" button to connect your Bundledocs account to Clio.

Using Bundledocs with Clio

Uploading Documents from Clio

When uploading documents to a "Case" you will now be able to add documents from Clio.

From a Case, click the  button to start uploading documents. In the "Upload Documents" window, click on the  button beside "Add from Clio" then click the "Choose Documents" button. 

This will open a new window where you will search for the documents that you want to upload.

  1. Start by typing in a Contact name
  2. Click on the appropriate Contact name when it appears
  3. Click on the appropriate Matter (if the Contact has more than one Matter) when it appears
  4. Check the boxes beside each of the documents that you want to upload
  5. Click the "Create Documents" button to add the selected documents to your Case.

 

In the document file, drag and drop each document to rearrange the order if required. When you are finished rearranging and renaming documents, click the  save button.  

Generating the Bundle

Click the  button to customize and generate your bundle. In the generate options window, add a title page and set up index and page number as desired, then click the "Generate" button. 

Once the bundle has been generated, you can download the PDF by clicking .
