Using LawToolBox with Clio

Once connected, click the blue "Send to My Clio" button then uncheck any deadlines that you do not want to import.

To add deadlines to the Clio calendars of other users in your firm, enter in the email address that they use to log in to Clio. Deadlines will then be instantly added to both their Clio calendar and any external calendar that they sync their Clio calendar with (e.g., Outlook, Google, iCal). Finaly, choose the time zone and click Send.

For details on creating an Outlook Rule or Google Filter to automatically add deadlines to both calendars click HERE.
