Connecting Ruby Receptionists to Clio
Once you have signed up for a Ruby account and have logged in to the Member Services website, click on the "Applications" menu in the "Account" section.
On the Applications page, click the "Authorize" button to allow Ruby to automatically send messages to your Clio account as Communication logs. If you are not already logged into Clio, you will be prompted to do so, then confirm the connection.
Once authorized and connected, Ruby will automatically send messages and voicemail notifications to your Clio account as such:
- Messages and voicemail notifications will be added to the Communication log of your Clio account, and will always have Ruby Receptionists as one of the senders in the from field, making it easy for you to find your Ruby messages.
- Ruby will look for a caller's information in your Clio Contact list, and if it finds a match on first and last name and the number called from, it will associate the message with that contact.
