Once you have connected OneDrive to your Clio account, a "Clio" folder will be created in your OneDrive account.
To view your existing OneDrive for Business documents and files in Clio, you will have to move them to that "Clio" folder.
In OneDrive, navigate to the folders or files that you want to move then click on the files or folders to highlight them.
Click the "More" menu button and select "Move or Copy".
In the "Move" window, open the "Clio" folder, then a Contact folder, and optionally a Matter folder. When you move
folder(s) or file(s) to a Contact folder, you will be able to access those files from the Contact card in Clio. Similarly, when
you move folder(s) or file(s) to a Matter folder, you will be able to access those files from the Matter in Clio.
In this example, the "Letters" folder has been moved to a Clio Matter folder in OneDrive for Business and is now available for viewing in Clio.
If you want to be able to access OneDrive files in Clio that should not be associated with a Contact or Matter, you can
create a standalone folder within the "Clio" folder (i.e. for administrative files). Standalone folders added to the "Clio"
folder can be accessed in Clio from the main "Documents" tab.
