When adding or editing Time and Expense entries through the Clio Android app, you can select UTBMS codes as necessary.
Before being able to use UTBMS codes from the Android app, you must first enable them in the desktop application. Instructions for enabling UTBMS codes can be found HERE.

When editing or creating a new Time entry, tap on the "Description" field to bring up a list of all enabled UTBMS Activity codes along with any Clio Activity Codes that you may have created. Tap on a description or UTBMS code to select it.
Once you have selected a UTBMS Activity code, the "UTBMS Task" field will become available. Tap the field to bring up a list of UTBMS Task codes. Tap a task code to select it.
To add an Expense entry on the Android app, open a Matter and tap the "More" option.
Then tap the "Expenses" button.
From the "New Expense" screen, tap "Add Optional Fields".
From the "Optional Fields" screen, tap "Expense Code" to add it.
(This step only needs to be done once. After adding this field to an Expense entry, it will be available on subsequent Expenses.)
Back in the "New Expense" form, tap on the "Expense Code" field to select a UTBMS Expense code.
