Exporting Basic Information about Open or Paid Trust Requests

You can filter any bill state to show only your Trust Requests by clicking on the "Filter" menu and selecting "Trust" in the "Type" field. Once you have filtered your Trust Requests, you can export that list of requests along with some basic information by clicking on the "Export" button.

When you filter from "All" and export the results as a CSV, the spreadsheet will sort your Trust Requests based on their various states - giving you a snapshot view of your open, overdue, and paid requests.

For tips and techniques on managing your Clio exports in MS Excel, please see our Excel tutorials

Reporting on Payments Made through Trust Requests

Payments made on Trust Requests can be reported on using the Trust Ledger Report

When recording a payment on a Trust Request, any payment information that you enter into the "Reference" or "Description" fields will appear on this report to allow you to reconcile payments.
