KCS - Why Can't I Use the Same Email for two Different Contacts in Clio?

Objective:

  • Using the same email with two clients

Environment:

  • Clio Web App 

Additional Information:

  • The primary email is used to Share resources within Clio.

Answer:

  • For security purposes, each Contact or client in Clio must have their own unique email associated to their account that is used to Share resources with. Consider its a user access code. You can't use the same key or code to open two different doors.
