Why Am I Unable to Change the Fee Recipient on a Flat Fee Matter?

If the entry for the Flat Rate Matter has been added to an Invoice, this field cannot be changed. The Invoice the entry is present on would have to be deleted or voided in order to change the user assigned as the Fee Recipient.
