How do I Delete Options in a Picklist Custom Field?

Objective:

• Remove lines from a dropdown Custom Contact or Matter Field.

Environment:

• Clio Manage

Additional Information:

If the Also remove this picklist option from all matters checkbox is selected any Contacts or Matters that use this value will have the value permanently deleted. There is no way to undo this action once it is done.

Procedure:

1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Custom Fields
3. If the Custom Field is a Contact field click the Contact Custom Fields tab
4. Find the Picklist Custom Field you wish to change
5. Click Edit
6. Click the X to the right of the Picklist line you wish to delete
7. Optionally select the Also remove this picklist option from all matters checkbox
8. Click Delete
9. Click Save
