- What email address did I use to sync Clio and Office 365?
- Used the wrong Office 365 account when syncing Clio
- Clio Manage
- Office 365
- Click on Settings
- Click on Contact and Calendar Sync
- Click on Configure
- Confirm that the email next to "You are currently..." is the email you intended to sync
- If the email is not correct:
- Click Disconnect Account
- Set up the Office 365 sync to the correct email address. See here.
