How Can I Tell If My Office 365 Account Is Still Authorized With Clio?


  • Is my Office 365 Sync still connected?

Additional Information:



  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Contact and Calendar Sync
  3. Look at the button to the right of Office 365 contacts and calendars:
    1. If it says Configure, your account is authorized
    2. If it says Set up sync or Sign in, your account is not authorized
  4. If your account is not authorized:
    1. Click Set up sync or Sign in
    2. Complete the authentication process (you may need to log into Office 365)
