How Does Clio's Quickbooks Online Integration Handle Sub-Customers?

When Clio syncs a Client to Quickbooks Online for the first time, Clio will always create a new Contact if there is a sub-customer, even if the sub-customer has the same Name (Company name or First and Last name) and email address as the Client record from Clio.

A customer record that is synced to Clio can be converted to a sub-customer. This will not disrupt the sync.
