Why are my LawPay Integration Payments Depositing into the Wrong Operating Account?


  • I have two operating accounts set up in the LawPay Integration. Why did the money deposit into the wrong operating account when my client paid a bill I shared with them?

The most likely cause of this is either:

a) The operating accounts are mapped incorrectly to the accounts in LawPay. Please verify that the mapping is correct in Settings > Online payments.


b) The wrong operating account was selected when you shared the bill. Please make sure you are selecting the correct operating account when sharing the bill.
