How to Put a Calendar Event on Someone Else's Calendar

  • Put Calendar Event on Another Calendar

Additional Information:

  • Other Users must share their Calendars with you for you to be able to do this.

  1. Go to the Calendars tab
  2. Click New Event
  3. Choose the Calendar you want the Event on from the Save to this Calendar drop down
  4. Fill in the rest of the fields
  5. Click Save Event
