How to Put a Calendar Event on Someone Else's Calendar

  • Other Users must share their Calendars with you for you to be able to do this.
  • For information on sharing Calendars please see here.


  1. Go to the Calendars tab
  2. Click Add Event
  3. Choose the Calendar you want the Event on from the Calendar Owner drop down
  4. Fill in the rest of the fields
  5. Click Create Calendar Entry
