KCS - How to get Time Entries to Appear Back in Billable Clients

Objective:

  • I created a draft bill for a Matter and the Matter doesn't appear in Billable Clients anymore, why?

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

n/a

Procedure:

  1. Go to Bills > Bills > Draft and locate the draft bill you just created
  2. Delete the Draft Bill
  3. Go back to Bills > Billable Clients to find the Client/Matter
