KCS - How to Add Custom Field Columns to the Matters Listing Page

Objective:

  • See Custom Field data for multiple Matters at once
  • Sort my Matters by a specific Custom Field
  • Report on Custom Field information for my Matters

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • New Clio Experience

Additional Information:

You need to have created your Custom Fields already in order to add Custom Field columns to the Matters listing page.

Custom Field columns are only available in the New Clio Experience

Procedure:

  1. Click Matters on the left navigation bar
  2. Click Columns
  3. Select up to five custom fields to display
  4. Click Update columns
