KCS - Why is the Subscription Cost this Month Higher than Last Month?

Objective:

  • Determine why the subscription pricing has changed
  • Why the account costs have increased

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • To confirm your subscription plan please navigate to your Settings > Account and Payment Info > Payment Info
  • In order to see and adjust the active members of the account navigate to Settings > Manage Users

Answer:

The cost of the Clio subscription is broken down by a per user cost. If an additional staff member had been had been added since the last billing cycle then the price will have increased.
