Objective:
- I created a bill, then I created some more activities, how can I add them to be bill?
- Why doesn't my newly created time appear on my invoice?
- Adding new time to an already generated Bill

Additional Information:
Alternatively if you don't want to void the current Bill, you can edit the Bill (first you'll have to enable editing of approved bills in Settings), add the Activities from the Edit Bill page, then delete the Activities you've already made from Activities.
Procedure:
- Delete all payments from the bill (make a note of them so you can add them back afterwards)
- Void the bill
- Generate another bill containing all of the desired activities
- (Re-)Record the payments that you deleted in step 1
