This issue occurs because the Outlook Desktop Sync expects Calendar/Contact data to be in one place, but cannot find it there. This is most frequently seen when a customer updates their Outlook version, or switches to an exchange server.
- Verify that correct Outlook Data File is set as the default (see here)
- Run ScanPST (see here)
- Attempt to reset the Clio Sync (see here)
