If any users fail to import, download the CSV report to review the failure reason. More information can be found here.
If you do not send a welcome email when inviting users, you can do so later by going clicking on Settings, then Manage Users.

- Click Settings
- Click Manage Users
- Click Bulk Import
- Paid accounts: this page will indicate how many open licenses you have available. If you need to invite more users than the number of licenses, you can reach out to our Support team via the chat in the bottom right or call 1-888-858-22546 option 2.
- Select if you want an automated email inviting new users to sign up.
- Fill out the CSV template with User information (located below)
- Click Choose file
- Select the CSV file
- Click Upload file
- Review the Import
