- As per our Terms of Service, after 90 days from the cancellation or termination of a subscription, all Content associated with such subscription will be irrevocably deleted from the Service. If you're within the 90 day timeline, the account can be reopened.
The Account owner must send an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org confirming reactivation. Please note, for security purposes the email sent must come from the Account owners email associated to Clio. Include in the body of the email the following: "Please reopen my account with the intention that I will continue to use my account and resume billing for my monthly or annual subscription."
