KCS - Can I still Access my Data after Cancelling my Clio Account?

Objective:

  • Extract a copy of my records after cancelling my Clio subscription
  • Do not need to be able to make changes to Clio data but we need to be able to access it
  • Closed Firm but save Clio data

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

A cancelled Clio account can be reactivated within the first 90 days. Please contact Support at 1-888-858-2546 ext 2 for more information regarding reactivation

No, Clio account cancellation is effective immediately. If you need to extract a copy of your records, please do so before cancelling your Clio subscription.
