How to Edit a User's Job Title

Objective:

  • Edit Time Keeper initials in LEDES billing 
  • How to change the Job Title / Position of a Firm User

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Your Job Title can be used as part of the Attorney Summary module in Bill Themes. To enable the Attorney Summary, click here.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Manage Users
  3. Click the Edit button beside the User you wish to edit
  4. Scroll down, and under Job Title, select a new position.
    • If you need to set up Job Titles, click the Set up job titles link.
  5. Click Save New Information at the bottom of the page to save.
