Why is the Address for my Contact Defaulting to the Wrong Country?

Objective:

  • Why is Afghanistan showing up as the Country for my Contacts? 
  • How do I change the default Country for Clients? 

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

N/A

Answer:

The Country field for Contacts will default to the Country entered in your User Profile. 

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Profile
  3. Change the country to the desired country
  4. Click Save New Information
