KCS - Why Don't My Line Items Have Dates in QuickBooks Desktop

Objective:

  • To understand why line items imported from Clio do not have dates

  • Clio Web App
  • QuickBooks Desktop

Answer:

This is how Quickbooks Desktop works. They are able to set up Custom Fields in Quickbooks for dates, but Clio cannot automatically map to them and they will need to add the dates manually
