If your firm is adding 5 user licenses or more, please contact Support via chat or phone and ask to speak to your Account Manager who can determine whether or not your firm qualifies for personalized training from our Customer Onboarding Team.


Our Customer Onboarding Team does not provide personalized training for each new person added to your Clio Account. Instead, Clio offers weekly live Webinars and an excellent self-directed learning platform called Clio Academy.
