Answer:

• If the Client has already created a Clio Connect account, the Bill will be sent to their Clio Connect email address
• Otherwise, the Bill will be sent to the Primary email address that is listed in the Client's Contact Card
• If the Client does not have a Primary or Clio Connect email, Clio will send with the first email address on the list in the Client's Contact Card (i.e. the one that was added to the Contact first)
