Objective:
- Change the Contact on an Invoice
- Change Client on Bill
Environment:
- Clio Manage
Additional Information:
The Contact on the Bill is automatically pulled from the Contact associated with the Matter. To change this, you need to change the Contact associated with the Matter.
Procedure:
- Navigate to the Matter
- Select Edit
- Remove the client's name in the Client field
- Type the new client's name in the field and select it from the drop-down menu
- At the bottom of the page, select Update Matter
