Using PATLive with Clio
Once you’ve provided us with the permission to integrate with your Clio account, your work is done.
Prior to starting your PATLive service you’ll speak with one of our scripting experts who will gather all the pertinent information we need to know about your firm and what you’d like us to gather from your callers. As we collect the information, we enter it into fields that will then automatically map with field in your Clio account. If you choose, we’ll also submit the information directly to you.
