KCS - Why Can't I Login to Clio Connect?

Objective:

  • Tried resetting password, still can't login to Clio Connect
  • Can't login to client portal

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

If your Account is disabled your Attorney would have to be re-enable it.

Answer:

Your account may have been disabled by your Attorney. To double check whether this is the case or not please contact Clio Support at 1-888-858-2546 ex. 2.
