Procedure:

1. Open the Bill 
2. Select the arrow button located at the top right of the screen
3. Select Download LEDES1998B button 
4. Click the downloaded file in your browser  
5. Hold down Control/CMD and F at the same time 
6. Type the name of the Matter in the finder bar 
7. Locate the Matter name and edit it to be less than 20 characters 
8. Save the Document
