Can Clio's Quickbooks Online Integration Handle Bills With Multiple Currencies?

Objective:

  • Syncing bills to QBO that use a different type of money
  • Different invoices with many currency types

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Quickbooks Online

Additional Information:

  • When setting up Clio's Quickbooks Online integration Clio requires that you map bank accounts in Clio to bank accounts in Quickbooks. Bank account in Quickbooks Online has a set currency, and any Bills in Clio that do not match that currency will not sync to Quickbooks.

Answer:

Clio's Quickbooks Online integration supports a single currency at this time. If you have a bill in Clio that uses a different currency, this bill will not sync. To resolve this, manually create bills that use alternate currencies in Quickbooks.
