How to Add / Remove Detailed Statement of Account to Bills

Objective:

  • Include Detailed Statement of Account to Bills
  • Show outstanding Bills on the current Bill
  • How To Show Outstanding Balance From Previous Bills On Current Bill
  • Remove Other Invoice Information from Bill Themes
  • How to Show / Remove Past Invoice Details from Bills
  • How to add "statement of account" section to a bill  

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Procedure:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Billing
  3. Click Bill Themes
  4. Select the Bill Theme you would like to edit
  5. Click Statement of Account 
  6. Click Detail of Accounts
  7. Check or uncheck the box for Show Detailed Statement
