• To determine if you can sort Matter columns by Custom Fields.
• To determine if you can sort Custom Field columns by ascending or descending.

• You can export your Contacts in CSV format, then sort the spreadsheet in Excel.
• You can add additional columns to the Matters page by following the steps listed here: Add Custom Field Columns. However, you cannot sort by those columns at this time.
