KCS - Flat Fee Activity Categories not Available When Duplicating Time Entries

Issue:

  • When I try to duplicate a Time Entry in new Clio, my flat rate Activity Categories are not appearing in the Drop Down menu.
  • Flat Fee Time entries not visible when editing or duplicating Time Entries in New Clio

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • New Clio

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

The Time Entry has already be associated with an hourly Activity Category.

Resolution:

  1. Clear the contents of the "Duration" field
  2. The Flat Fee categories will now be visible in the Activity Category drop down menu
