How Do I Add 3 or More Firm Addresses to a Bill?

Objective:

  • Multiple firm addresses on a bill
  • Bill theme for multiple offices
  • Several office locations on an invoice

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Answer:

There are three options:

  1. Create a bill template for each office and put the address in the footer of each template

  2. Add all office locations into the logo of one bill theme

  3. Create at least three different bill templates; the first can use the main address section in the settings, the second can use the firm logo, and the rest can use the footer. Instructions for the logo workaround are here: How to Manage Two Firm Addresses
