Why is the Information on my Existing Bills Updating When I Make Changes to a Bill Theme?

Objective:

  • Information is constantly updating 
  • Statement of Accounts is changing 
  • Old Bills contain current information 
  • Are Bills appearing in real-time? 

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • To not affect previously generated Bills, create a copy of the Bill Theme, make the changes needed to the newly created Bill Theme and save it with a name that will differentiate the two from each other. 

Answer:

  • Bill Themes are live. Therefore, the data is in real-time. Any changes made to a Bill Theme will reflect on all Bills, in all statuses where that particular Bill Theme is selected.
